Summer time is coming and it’s time to get out your grill! This is a great grilled chicken leg recipe. Add onions and/or bell peppers, whatever kick starts your taste buds.
*Try this delicious grilled chicken leg recipe by starting with fresh chicken, then marinate and grill. Grilling is the fun part, ’cause you can’t beat that grilled aroma.
Ingredients for new Grilled Chicken recipe:
2 onions, chopped3 garlic cloves, chopped12 chicken legsSalt and pepper to taste3 Tbsp. cooking oil1-2 Tbsp. soy sauce2 tsp. brown sugar1 tsp. curry powder1-3/4 c. (14 oz.) chicken broth2 oz. coconut creamParsley for garnish
Method: Peel and chop the onions and garlic. Wash and dry the chicken legs. Add salt and pepper to taste. Brown chicken in hot oil on both sides. Set aside. Sauté briefly the onions and garlic in some oil. Add curry powder, soy sauce and brown sugar; sauté, stirring for 1 minute. Add the broth and chicken legs and cook covered for 20 minutes. Stir in coconut cream. Garnish with parsley. Serves 6.
