“Best Marinade You’ll Ever Have” for your Thanksgiving Dinner!

1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. shoyu (soy sauce)
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
2 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. Worcestershire
1 Tbsp. ground peppercorns
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. parsley
4 cloves crushed garlic
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
3 crushed red peppers (Hawaiian)

Mix all ingredients well.

Note: Best best results, place turkey in large roasting bag in roasting pan. Pour marinade over turkey and refrigerate at least overnight, two days even better. Turn turkey often to distribute marinade evenly. Turkey can be cooked in oven but much better using Webber barbecue. Baste turkey often using either method.
