Fruit Punch with Frozen Fruit Ring!

1 large pkg. cherry jello plus 1 small pkg. raspberry or black cherry jello
9 c. boiling water
4 c. water
2 large cans fruit cocktail
4 c. sugar
4 tall cans (46 oz.) Hawaiian Punch
1 large can pineapple juice

Mix jello and boiling water. Mix sugar and 4 cups water. Add fruit juice and fruit, then freeze to a slushy stage. If left in freezer, remove and let thaw to slushy stage and add 4 to 6 bottles Sprite. Add fruit ring, floating on top. Serves 75 to 100.

Fruit Ring:

sliced strawberries
small cantaloupe balls
quartered maraschino cherries
mint leaves
red food coloring
water

Place first 4 ingredients in a 1 1/2-quart mold. Mix red food coloring and water; pour over fruit in mold and freeze. When ready to use, unmold and float in punch.
